My Terms Of Service
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:General:
Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at any time. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
All artwork is transferred digitally.
Please keep in mind, my skill level is limited:
-I can draw: fanart, OCs, and furry
-I cannot draw: bara (intense muscles), mecha, and NSFWPayment:
Payments will only be accepted through PayPal, Cash App, Chime, and Venmo in USD. I will require half of the payment, depending on how expensive it is, and once I've gotten to the lineart phase, I will need the rest of the payment. Once I've accept your commission, I will send an invoice via Gmail, due in 10 days. Once the invoice is paid, I will start your commission. If the invoice is not paid, I will have to cancel the commission.Deadline:
Depending on my workload, the turnaround time should take no longer than 2-3 weeks. I will try to give an estimated time for completion. (But knowing my ass, I will forget sometimes..) You may ask, or I will send WIPs at any time.
Usage Policy:
My artwork is used for commercial and personal use, and if you decide to sell my commissioned work, please let me know in advance and sell less than or the exact price. I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it; if you would like your commission to be private, please let me know!
For Commercial use, please give credit!Refunds:
You may receive a full refund only if I have not started your commission. If I have started your commission, I will issue a partial refund based on how much work is done. If I cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full. No REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ONCE ARTWORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED.🦋Thank you for the commission, and have a wonderful day!🦋
